Children drowned in Cuddalore,Tamil Nadu,India

Had the Government of Tamil Nadu, given adequate powers to District Education Officer (DEO)? What laws can be covered by them? This was August month ,2016 event ,happening of drowning of three children in Cuddalore Tamil Nadu. If possible, Government of India ,can release list of DEOs in India,who worked from the period of 2001.

the evidence that school existed, had a proof of its name in the publication of THE HINDU,ARTS AND EVENTS, in the year 1996 or 1997 or 1998, NAVARATHRI FESTIVAL. The evidence ,can be provided by H.Viswanathan,who is now in United Kingdom,who attended the festival.
PARK SCHOOL was known for HINDU NAVARATHRI FESTIVAL.

Radhika Bajaj , who was very well known in media, is not found and not seen in news channel of India after 2014. Many children watched her news.  what happened to several news readers, who are not seen after 2014 ? This is a disturbing trend in India.
