Vladimir Putin's role, Aquisition of Crimea, and enaction of laws for foreign citizens or members

Vladimir Putin, President of Russia, imposed laws for the Annexation of Crimea. The laws which were applied after 1990's, nineteen nineties, should be reassessed for foreign citizens or members. It becomes intermittent laws. After 2014, because of annexation and Russia's legal strength with its seventies and eighties laws, Russia's role with other countries is expected. Were 1945 laws during the formation of United Nations, had not carried importance due to reformation in nineties. How ever, the situation changed with Vladimir Putin, President of Russia with lawful annexation.

" According to the 1945 rules imposed by Russia, they have their own terms to justify the events for the existence of law. "
